My Favorite City of All|我最喜爱的城市

　　If I could pick any place to live, I'd definitely choose my favorite city of all, Los Angeles. I visited LA two years ago with my parents, and I had an incredibly wonderful time. Ever since then, I've fantasized about taking another trip there and finding some way to live there. The weather in Southern California is great, and I could really improve my English as an LA resident.

　　If I could move to Los Angeles, I'd never be bored because there are so many things to see and do. I'm a big movie fan, so I'd love to check out Hollywood and see the Hollywood Walk of Fame again. I'd also spend time window-shopping on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Maybe I would even run into a big celebrity or two in the stores. Los Angeles is also just a short distance away from many great theme parks, including Disneyland. I hope that one day I can make my dream of living in LA a reality.

　　如果我可以选择任何地方来居住的话，我绝对会选择我最爱的城市――洛杉矶。我和我的父母在两年前造访过洛杉矶，而我在那里度过了一段相当美好的时光。从此，我便一直幻想再去当地旅游并想办法住在那里。南加州的天气棒极了，而且身为洛杉矶居民，我可以真正地改善我的英文。

　　假如我可以搬去洛杉矶，我再也不会感到无聊，因为该地有许多事物可以观赏，也有许多事情可以做。我是一个十足的电影迷，因此我想要再一次看看好莱坞和观赏好莱坞星光大道。我也会花一些时间在比佛利山庄的罗迪欧大道上浏览商店橱窗。也许我甚至会在商店内巧遇一两个大明星也不一定。洛杉矶与许多很棒的主题游乐园之间也只有短短的距离，包括迪斯尼乐园。我希望有一天我可以实现住在洛杉矶这个梦想。

　　As far as I'm concerned, the best place on earth is Los Angeles, California. Although I've never actually been there, I've read a lot about it in books, magazines, and on the Internet. I would even go so far as to say that I have a bit of an obsession with this US city. In fact, one of my wishes in life is to move to LA.

　　From what I've read, the list of things to do in LA is practically endless. Apart from the usual tourist areas such as Hollywood and Beverly Hills, the sprawling greater LA region has some fantastic beaches like Venice and Malibu. On weekends, I would definitely be a beach bum as much as I could and take up surfing and windsurfing as well as other water sports. I'd also love to experience the nightlife on Sunset Strip. These are just some of the reasons why LA is my favorite city in the world.

　　就我看来，地球上最棒的地方就是加州的洛杉矶。虽然我从来没有真正去过那里，但我在书籍、杂志和网络上都阅读过许多关于当地的信息。我甚至可以说自己对于这座美国城市有些许的着迷。事实上，我人生中的其中一个愿望就是搬去洛杉矶。

　　从我所阅读的信息得知，在洛杉矶可以做的事情几乎是无穷无尽。除了象是好莱坞和比佛利山庄这一类常见的观光地区以外，其延伸的大洛杉矶地区还有象是威尼斯和马里布这些迷人的海滩。周末时，我绝对会尽可能地赖在海滩上，并开始从事冲浪、风帆以及其他水上运动。我也渴望体验日落大道上的夜生活。洛杉矶是我全世界最喜欢的城市，而以上只是其中几项原因而已。
