　　Emailing is a great thing. The biggest reason I like sending and receiving emails is that it lets me keep in touch with my friends. This way, I can feel closer to everyone I know and find out about what they are doing. Even if my friends move to another city or country, I can still contact them quickly and easily through email.

　　Emailing can be used for other things besides keeping in touch with friends. If I want to contact a company to get information on a product, I can simply email them. And, before I graduate from university, I plan to send emails to some companies that I'm interested in. Emailing can help me get ahead in the job market. Clearly, there are many benefits to being able to send and receive emails.

　　寄送电子邮件是一件很棒的事情。我喜欢发送和接收电子邮件最大的原因就是，它让我与朋友们能保持联系。透过这种方式，我可以感受到和我所认识的每一个人更亲近，并了解他们在做些什么。即使我的朋友搬到另一个城市或国家，我仍然可以快速又轻易地透过电子邮件与他们联系。

　　除了与朋友保持联系之外，寄送电子邮件也可运用于其他事情。如果我想联系某家公司以取得某项产品的信息，我只需寄电子邮件给他们就可以了。而且，在我大学毕业前，我就计划发送电子邮件给某些我有兴趣的公司了。电子邮件可以帮助我在就业市场里脱颖而出。显然地，能够发送和接收电子邮件有很多好处。

　　In my opinion, there are more disadvantages than advantages to emailing. Certainly, it is quite convenient to contact other people and organizations by email. However, answering all the emails one gets can be extremely time-consuming. What's more, if you forget to respond to someone's email in a timely fashion, he or she may get upset with you. As well, it can be bothersome to receive tons of spam.

　　There are other drawbacks to emailing, some of which are more than minor annoyances. It's one thing to get harmless junk mail, but it's quite another to get messages that have computer viruses attached to them. Many viruses, which have caused a lot of damage to computers around the world, have been spread through emails. Unfortunately, the potential for unwittingly downloading viruses makes emailing a somewhat dangerous activity. In conclusion, as far as I'm concerned, the disadvantages of emailing outweigh the benefits.

　　就我认为，寄送电子邮件的坏处多过于好处。当然，透过电子邮件来联系其他人以及机构是相当便利的。然而，回覆所有收到的电子邮件可能会花很多时间。此外，如果你忘了及时回应某人的电子邮件，对方可能会对你很不高兴。同样地，收到大量的垃圾邮件可能也会令人很讨厌。

　　寄送电子邮件还有其他的缺点，其中某些缺点可不只是轻微的烦恼而已。收到无害的垃圾邮件是一回事，但收到夹带计算机病毒的邮件又是另外一回事。许多病毒皆是透过电子邮件传播，这些病毒已造成世界各地的计算机严重损害。不幸的是，不经意下载到病毒的可能性让寄送电子邮件变成一种有点危险的举动。总之，就我而言，寄送电子邮件的缺点远大于优点。
